At White Cherry Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@whitecherryboutique.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Send the item back to us using a tracked delivery service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewellery, underwear, or swimwear unless the item is faulty.
